It was a nice experience dealing with Rachdyelle as they reply to my mails promptly and they were so friendly, which made me even happier. They explained and answered all my enquiries patiently although I asked a load of them coz I was being fickle about the design/font for the necklace. Clear communication was made, their orders were delayed and they did apologize and clarify that the items will be sent late. Great service girls, keep it up! :]
The quality of the necklace is relatively good, except for the fact that the chain necklace is a lil thin to my liking. But fret not, the girls said there's thicker chain available at a different prize. Feel free to ask them.
Pricing was cheaper than some other blogshops too, I must add!
